Chinese strawweight fighter Shi Ming participated in the UFC Fan Experience Tour in Xi'an on Saturday. The 30-year-old, also an acupuncturist outside the cage, joined several college basketball players in activities such as bar hanging and zigzag running. In her view, practicing mixed martial arts can not only improve people's mental capabilities, but also equips them with a means of self-protection when it's crucial.
